We process personal data submitted through our contact form to respond to your inquiry and evaluate whether Avidia is a good fit for your organisation. We process job applicant data to run and manage our recruitment process — including reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, and evaluating candidates. In both cases, this processing is based on our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) — namely, responding to inbound business inquiries and evaluating candidates for employment.
We do not sell personal data. We may share it with trusted service providers who help us operate our business — such as email delivery and applicant-tracking providers — under data processing agreements that require them to protect your data and use it only for the purpose we've engaged them for.
Avidia operates across multiple regions, including offices in North America and Europe, and serves customers across Africa, the Middle East, and beyond.
