Data transmitted between your browser and Avidia is encrypted in transit using TLS. Data stored within our platform is encrypted at rest, so your information stays protected both on the wire and in storage.
Avidia is hosted with reputable cloud infrastructure providers that maintain internationally recognized certifications such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2. Our infrastructure is designed with redundancy and monitoring to keep the platform available and resilient.
Access to customer data within Avidia is governed by role-based permissions, so users only see what's relevant to their role. Internally, employee access to production systems is limited to what's needed to do the job, and reviewed on an ongoing basis.
All Avidia team members go through security awareness training as part of onboarding, and follow internal policies covering device security, credential management, and data handling.
We monitor our systems for unusual activity and maintain an internal incident response process so that, in the unlikely event of a security issue, we can respond quickly and communicate clearly with affected customers.
