How do employees clock in and out?
Employees can clock in via the Avidia mobile app, web browser, or a physical kiosk. Geofencing and IP restrictions can be configured so employees can only check in from approved locations — ideal for office, remote, or hybrid teams.
Can we configure different work schedules and shift patterns?
Yes. Avidia supports flexible schedules, fixed shifts, rotating shifts, and custom working hour policies. Each team, department, or country can have its own schedule — and employees see only the rules that apply to them.
How does leave management connect with attendance?
Leave and attendance share the same data layer. When an employee takes approved leave, it is automatically reflected in their attendance record. Managers get a unified view of who is in, on leave, or absent.
