Performance Reviews

Run reviews that are fair,
consistent, and actually useful

Replace clunky spreadsheets and email threads with structured review cycles. Set templates, assign reviewers, track completion, and surface results — all in one place.

  • Configurable review templates — build custom forms with rating scales, open-text questions, and competency frameworks tailored to your roles.
  • Flexible review cycles — run annual, mid-year, quarterly, or project-based reviews on your schedule. Automate reminders and escalations.
  • Multi-rater support — collect self-assessments, manager reviews, and peer feedback in a single consolidated review window.
  • Calibration and normalization — compare performance ratings across teams to ensure consistency and eliminate bias before results are shared.

  • Individual employee goals — each employee owns a personal set of goals with defined weights, due dates, and progress tracking so accountability is clear from day one.
  • Real-time progress tracking — employees update goal progress with check-ins, while managers get a live view of team performance against targets.
  • Automated check-in reminders — scheduled nudges keep goals visible and current throughout the quarter, reducing end-of-cycle surprises.
  • Connected to performance reviews — goal results feed directly into review forms so managers have full context when assessing employees.
Continuous Feedback

Build a culture of honest,
continuous feedback

Move beyond the annual review. Give every employee a way to send and receive real-time feedback from peers, managers, and direct reports — privately or publicly.

  • 360° feedback requests — employees and managers can request feedback from any colleague at any time, with structured or free-form templates.
  • Anonymous feedback options — configure anonymity settings per cycle to encourage honest, candid responses without fear of consequences.
  • Praise and recognition — send kudos to celebrate wins publicly, driving team morale and reinforcing the behaviours that matter to your culture.
  • Feedback trends over time — track how an employee's feedback themes evolve across quarters to identify growth and recurring development areas.

Talent — common questions

What types of performance reviews does Avidia Talent support?
Avidia supports annual reviews, mid-year check-ins, project-based reviews, probation reviews, and continuous feedback. You can run multiple review types simultaneously across different teams, each with its own template and cycle.
How does 360 degree feedback work?
Employees nominate peers, direct reports, and stakeholders to give feedback. Reviewers complete a structured form with ratings and open comments. Responses are anonymised and compiled into a report for the employee and their manager.
Can we customise review templates and rating scales?
Yes. Review forms are fully customisable — you control the competencies, rating scales, weightings, and open-ended questions. Templates can be created per role family, seniority level, or department.
How are performance scores calculated and shared with employees?
Scores are calculated automatically based on your configured weightings across self, peer, and manager ratings. HR admins can review and calibrate scores before they are released and control exactly when employees see their results.
Can talent data connect to payroll or compensation decisions?
Yes. Performance ratings from Talent can feed directly into compensation planning — linking review scores to salary increase recommendations, bonuses, or promotion decisions. This creates a transparent, data-driven link between performance and reward.
